OWNER OPERATORS: Ignore the information below for Lease Purchase Drivers. We can accept about extra expenses will only be around $200 per week + Fuel costs. Net amount (money in your pocket) should be over $5500 a week or over $22,000 a month or close to $265,000 to $300,000 per year)
IC Owners are not required to get truck insurance or base plates through us but we do offer much cheaper insurance and other benefits if you run under our authority.
WE OFFER: You can run under our authority and yes we have Physical Damage and Bobtail based on the value of the truck. Occupational Accident for $135/month and Base plates for $50/week until paid.
WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR: Qualcomm usage or installation, Fuel Card, Cargo insurance, Liability Insurance, Transflo Services, Permits and IFTA or for Trailer Rentals.
HUGE DISCOUNTS ON FUEL AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
For owner operators, trucks onboarding have to be a 2000 model year or newer & have to be able to pass an FMCSA annual inspection.
FOR BOTH LEASE PURCHASE DRIVERS AND OWNER OPERATORS: We have as much freight as you want to haul for just this one customer TJ MAXX so no sitting around waiting for the shipper or waiting to unload you will drive like the wind with this job.
Teams will be out for at least two weeks at a time and should expect an average of 5,000 miles per week. Independent Contract drivers are earning more then $300,000 a year with this job. You can stay out as long as you want to, but if want home every other week that is doable.
Drop and hook on both ends, No multi-stop runs so team mate can sleep like a baby without dozens of stops.
Coast to coast from the Carolinas to California but main delivery areas are on the map below. Mainly driving below I-40 but some runs up to NJ and Indiana.

Here is the TEAM TJ MAXX LEASE PURCHASE: It is a pretty decent lease…Lease Purchase Drivers and owner operators can easily gross over $10,000 a week and over $300,000 per year.

Expenses see below for complete breakdown of expenses and net amount in your pocket each week.
- $1,000 general contract escrow is required for all trucks leased to PCC. This may be paid up front or can be set up as a $75 per week deduction.
- Plates $50.00 per week until paid for each year.
- Federal heavy vehicle tax (IRS form 2290) is $20.00 per week until paid each year.
- Bobtail insurance $50.00 per month paid in the amount of approximately $11.54 per week.
- Occupational insurance $137.08 per operator per month paid in the amount of approximately $31.64 per operator per week.
- Prepass $15.60 per month. This is paid in full once per month.
- Fuel is purchased with a Comdata card and deducted weekly.
Maintenance escrow account is funded by you at a minimum $0.06 per mile
(Note the Fuel Surcharge is close to 40 CPM right now but it does go up and down so we just left it at .40 below but you will get more money from the FSC then is on the chart below which means more money in your pocket)

LEASE PURCHASE BREAKDOWN OF INCOME AND EXPENSES (For planning purposes only, the numbers below are just best guess estimates based on what other drivers are earning on this account)
Lease Purchase or Owner Operators: Owner Operator/Lease Pay = $1.25 plus fuel surcharge All drop and hook. Go to DC’s and stores. (+ FSC currently around .40 CPM so looking at around $1.65CPM right now) 5000 to 5500 miles per week.

We can hire teams out of most of our current hiring area (see map below) but be aware the primary states for origins and destinations are from Georgia, New Jersey, California, and North Carolina.
REQUIREMENTS: Class A CDL and at least 3 to 6 months of verifiable OTR driving in the past 12 months or one year (12 months) of a combination of OTR/Regional/Local in the past three (3) years.
Experience must have been in a Class A tractor, towing a 40′ trailer(s) or longer. Must have a Class A CDL.
Fairly clean MVR and Background.
Must be able to pass a drug test and a DOT physical. We do not require a hair follicle drug test for this job, urine only.
NOTE: We can accept a team with one driver that can’t speak English as long as the other driver is fluent in English no problem. (For example if one driver can only speak Spanish but the other driver can speak English just fine, please go ahead and apply we can make that work.
