We are hiring formed teams for a Dedicated TJ MAXX team freight running coast to coast. This is team freight that can be run by both Owner Operators, Lease Purchase Drivers and Company Driver Teams.

Solo Drivers who can’t find a team driver, but want a Lease Purchase we do have OTR Lease Purchase solo options. The TJ MAXX dedicated account is only available to Team Drivers. SOLO DRIVERS WHO WANT A LEASE PURCHASE “CLICK HERE.”.
We have as much freight as you want to haul for just this one customer so no sitting around waiting for the shipper or waiting to unload you will drive like the wind with this job.
Full benefits W-2 position for Company Drivers. Home time is home every other week. (two weeks out max)
Drop and hook on both ends, No multi-stop runs so team mate can sleep like a baby without dozens of stops.
Coast to coast from the Carolinas to California but main delivery areas are on the map below. Mainly driving below I-40 but some runs up to NJ and Indiana.
This is not one of those scam Team jobs out of Chicago. Teams are averaging over 5000 miles or more a week. But remember this is this is steady freight, as much as you want to haul. Chicago based shyster companies out of Russia, Moldavia, Albania, Macedonia, the Balkins, etc. will promise you the world and claim they will pay you .80 to .90 CPM but they you start working for them and end up with broken equipment,
They will make you put money into escrow which they always keep and then they go out of business and change their name and you are left with ten cents to your name.
Wait until you try to get those companies to verify you drove for them, nobody will answer the phone and you will be left high and dry. So it’s not what is promised it’s what is delivered that counts.
With that in mind we have steady reliable no touch freight, no live loan or unload, no stops along the way, just grab the load with no waiting and drive for just one dedicated company.
Team Pay = $.60 CPM for all miles truck runs. Company Drivers on this account are averaging $1625 to almost $2000 a per week per driver with full benefits. And that is steady pay, not up and down like a yo yo, where one week you make $2500 a week then the next week you make $300.

Remember as a company driver this is a W2 position with benefits, not a 1099 position like the Lease Purchase would be. Do the math and you will realize you come out way ahead in the end if you have steady freight, great equipment and a reliable company that is US BASED.
We can hire teams out of most of our current hiring area (see map below) but be aware the primary states for origins and destinations are from Georgia, New Jersey, California, and North Carolina.
REQUIREMENTS: Class A CDL and at least 3 to 6 months of verifiable OTR driving in the past 12 months or one year (12 months) of a combination of OTR/Regional/Local in the past three (3) years.
Experience must have been in a Class A tractor, towing a 40′ trailer(s) or longer. Must have a Class A CDL.
Fairly clean MVR and Background
NOTE: We can accept a team with one driver that can’t speak English as long as the other driver is fluent in English no problem. (For example if one driver can only speak Spanish but the other driver can speak English just fine, please go ahead and apply we can make that work.
