Variable cost

The single largest variable cost for each independent contractor will be fuel. Our aggressive sales staff will benefit you by negotiating a top tier fuel surcharge (FSC). Example – As an independent contractor you will receive 100% of the fuel surcharge billed to the customer. 2025 average ranged from 37-60 cpm.

• Each independent contractor is responsible for the cost of their tolls and scales.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 12 months Class A Tractor Trailer Experience IN THE LAST THREE YEARS.  (Must be Class A CDL time hauling trailers at least 40 feet or longer and must be OTR multi state time, local time doesn’t count)

No more than two (2) job changes in the last twelve (12) months, or five (5) jobs in the last 36 months, no unaccounted gaps.
