Looking for a dedicated consistent mileage team opportunity with consistent freight and strong earning potential that just drives in the Texas, Arkansas, and Memphis, Tennessee area?

We are hiring established CDL-A teams for a dedicated refrigerated account where you can be home weekly or out two weeks or as long as you want to be out.

✔ $1,700-$2,000+ Weekly Per Driver for experienced team. 
✔ $88,000-$104,000+ Annual Potential
✔ $5,000 Team Sign-On Bonus ($2,500 Per Driver)

POSITION DETAILS

• Refrigerated freight
• Live unload deliveries to retail locations
• 1-5 stops per day
• Additional stop pay after first stop
• Average 6 loads per week
• Routes include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth equipment

HOME TIME OPTIONS

• 6 Days Out / 1 Day Home
• 12 Days Out / 2 Days Home
• 25 Days Out / 3 Days Home

PAY PACKAGE

Experience-Based CPM up to .82 CPM plus incentives

Additional Pay:
• $15 Per Stop After First Stop

SIGN-ON BONUS

$2,500 Per Driver

• $250 After First Load
• $250 After 30 Days
• $250 After 90 Days
• $500 After 6 Months
• $500 After 9 Months
• $750 After 1 Year
