You won’t find better team pay with this kind of home time anywhere else in the country. (Stay away from Chicago, unless you want to be ripped off)

For most of the TEAM JOBS listed below you must live within 100 miles of the cities listed below however as you will see below we do have the option to hire teams just about anywhere in the entire lower 48 states and although many of these jobs below require hazmat and doubles we do have an incredible option that does not require either.

YOU DON’T EVEN NEED TO LIVE IN THE SAME STATE WITH EACH OTHER. You are out for 21 Days then 7 full days off and 2 days of travel.
Earn between $2600 to $2900 a week for each driver with benefits and starting pay of up to .98 CPM for the flyway job you just need to be a formed team you don’t need hazmat or doubles. Over-the-Road Mileage Pay Truck Driver (21-Day Fleet), Team Home Time: Run for 21 days, then home for 7 days.

They stay out 2 weeks and then home for 2 days running all 48, doubles with hazmat. Really good miles and money.
This is not a flyway away job, you bring the truck home. This is not a job with one of those fly by night outfits out of Chicago, American Owned Company that has been in business for over 40 years. We have our own freight contracts and as much freight as you want to haul. Most teams are averaging 5500 to 6500 miles or more

- A valid and current Class A CDL
- Both drivers must have hazmat and doubles to qualify for this job. If if that is the only issue please that you don’t have these endorsements click here for an amazing Team job that pays up to .98 CPM but it is a flyaway job and out 21 days then you get a full 7 days off: CLICK “HERE” FOR TEAM JOB THAT DOESN’T REQUIRE HAZMAT OR DOUBLES! Exception: We can’t hire for the flyaway team job in any of these 6 states: CA, NV, OR, WA, TX, NY.
- 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the past 24 months.
- SORRY NO JOB HOPPERS: 4 month average employment in the past 2 years. Employment has to be a 4 month average. Multiple or lengthy gaps will hurt this requirement.. If you have more then 4 jobs in the last 2 years or more then 8 jobs in the last 5 years you probably aren’t going to qualify.
- We now require that a candidate not have a gap of 151 days or more in the past 15 months. Meaning if you had a break of not working any job of any kind of over 5 months you aren’t going to qualify. If you are less then 150 days you will be okay and remember this is only going back 15 months not 2 years, 3 years or 4 years etc just the most recent 15 month time period from todays date.
- No DWIs in the past 7 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen
- No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug test refusal or failure
- VERIFICATIONS: You must be able to verify the companies you worked for the last 3 years. If they are out of business or won’t verify you worked for them we can’t hire you.
- Owner Operators who ran under their own authority in the last 3 years, we cannot get you verified so no need to apply because only having run loss reports won’t work sorry about that.
