With our Flat Rate program you don’t have to worry about how many miles you drive, you don’t have to worry about weather, traffic delays or equipment break down issues. If you are available to work you will be paid period. This is the way all truck driver jobs should be a job with guaranteed pay.
Each shift worked would result in a guaranteed compensation rate of $410 (plus all applicable bonuses) for that shift. This applies to both team partners individually meaning it is paid to the driver who is logging that shift.

Expected home time for Mileage pay: Expected home time: every 18 days for 4 days or every 21 days for 7 days. Every 21 days you drive you will get a full 7 days off. You might as well go with the 21 days out and get a full 7 days off with this Shift Pay option. (You can choose to stay out longer if you want and make more money that is up to you.

AN EXTRA $500 per driver, upon hire, on top of our already generous Hiring Bonuses
$1,025 (W/hazmat) $825 (No hazmat) CSA Safety Bonus + Paid Time Off + $500 On-Road Safety Bonus. Opportunity every 30 days for your first 90 days*. That is an potential extra $3000 per driver within the first 90 days along with the $1250 paid right after you are hired.

For the 21 shift pay job, there are 21 days you are out driving. Each driver is paid $410 per shift they drive. If both drivers drive at least one shift per day that is $8610 per driver for the 21 days out driving or $17,220 for the Team GUARANTEED FLAT RATE. (For the 21 days of driving then off 7 full days) You will need a safe place to park the truck.
That is an average of over $2870 per week for the weeks you are driving. We are talking owner operator type of money here without the hassles of owning your own truck.
If you want to average this out for the month including the 9 days off you will have that is over $4300 per week average for the team or $2152 per driver average for 4 weeks of the month remembering you are only driving for 3 of those weeks. I did mention you could stay out longer and make even more money too. This works out to $103,320 for each driver for just working 40 weeks out of the year.

Qualifications
- A valid and current Class A CDL
- 14 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the past 48 months
- No DWIs in the past 7 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen
- No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug test refusal or failure

You won’t have to wait for loads or sit around, we have the freight for you to haul and it doesn’t matter does it because you are guaranteed your shift pay period. We have to provide the freight or pay you for sitting and that isn’t our business model.
Miles Averages 5000-5500 miles per week but again miles don’t matter. If you prefer to be paid by the mile instead of a flat rate we do have that option for you. Right now we are paying between .91 up to .98 CPM for teams where both drivers have hazmat or .3 cents less per miles if for Teams that don’t don’t have hazmat.
