You don’t have to worry about how many miles you drive, you don’t have to worry about weather, traffic delays or equipment break down issues. If you are available to work you will be paid period. This is the way all truck driver jobs should be a job with guaranteed pay. (Shift pay is guaranteed if you available to work that shift and haul at least one load)
Each shift worked would result in a guaranteed compensation rate of $410 (plus all applicable bonuses) for that shift. This applies to both team partners individually meaning it is paid to the driver who is logging that shift.

Expected home time: Every 11 days for 3 days. Or you can choose to stay out for 21 Days and get a full 7 days off if home time is not an issue. You will continue to get paid $410 per shift for the full 21 days with guaranteed pay regardless of miles you drive or don’t drive.
$1,025 (W/hazmat) $825 (No hazmat) CSA Safety Bonus + Paid Time Off + $500 On-Road Safety Bonus. Opportunity every 30 days for your first 90 days*. That is an potential extra $3000 per driver within the first 90 days along with the $1250 paid right after you are hired.
(Over $7000 in bonuses for the Team in the first 3 months, WOW!) *After first 90 days, you will be eligible for these bonuses every 90 days as long as you work for us. (never ending bonus, it just goes on and on and on)
There are 11 shifts per driver for the 11 days you are out driving. Each driver is paid $410 per shift they drive. If both drivers drive 11 shifts each that is $4510 per driver each 11 days worked GUARANTEED FLAT RATE. ($9020 per Team minimum guaranteed for 11 days of driving then off 3 full days)
That works out to around $2250 a week if you include the 3 days off and nobody pays you for your days off but here you can figure that into the equation and come out still smelling like a rose.

Qualifications
- A valid and current Class A CDL
- 14 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the past 48 months
- No DWIs in the past 7 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen
- No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug test refusal or failure

Miles Averages 5000-5500 miles per week.
