Our drivers average over 2500 miles to 2800 miles a week. No sitting around waiting for a load, we have plenty of freight. We have our own contracts and don’t rely on broker freight like most companies do out there.
Most companies right now (Especially the crooks out of Chicago) are not able to find freight or keep drivers busy and drivers are starving to death, but we don’t have that problem. We have plenty of freight which is why we are hiring right now.

10 ADVANTAGES YOU WON’T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE FOR THIS GREAT JOB
1: GREAT HOME TIME: Just out 10 days and back home. Most companies keep you out 2 to 3 weeks (or 2 to 3 months) for OTR before they bring you home but not us. If you want to stay out longer of course you can as you can make a lot more money that way but it’s up to you. If you want great home time for an OTR job this is the place to find it at.
Most of our routes are I-35 and Eastward with lot of freight in the Texas to South East areas of the country. Most drivers end up with a full 48 hours or more off after their 10 days out.
2: PAY: You will average around .625 CPM with this job. Your starting pay is .55 CPM but you also get an extra $750 EVERY SINGLE month that you average over 8000 miles a month.
(Almost all of our drivers always get more then 2000 miles a week which means you should easily and always qualify for this extra monthly bonus and it goes on forever as long as you are driving for us, it doesn’t go away like most other short term bonuses do.
2800 Miles per week average pay: If you average monthly bonus payout of $750 that just about all of our drivers qualify for that is an extra pay weekly of $187.50 per week. With an average of 2800 miles X .55 = $1540.00 average per week. Now add the $187.50 per week from the bonus that you get every month: $1540 + $187.50 = $1727.50 per week. (2800/$1727 = .62 CPM)
2500 Miles per week average pay: If you average monthly bonus payout of $750 that just about all of our drivers qualify for that is an extra pay weekly of $187.50 per week. With an average of just 2500 miles X .55 = $1375.00 a week. Now add the $187.50 per week from the bonus that you get every month: $1375 + $187.50 = $1562 per week. (2500/$1562 = .62 CPM)
3: ADDITIONAL BONUS: All driver’s can earn up to $3200 annually in the Mission MPG Fuel and Safety Bonus program. This is in addition the money you can earn above.
4: ONE DAY ORIENTATION: You will complete most of your orientation where you live. The drug test and physical if required will be done locally, most of the orientation is done online and can be completed in just 3 or 4 hours.
The one day onsite onboarding will consist of a road test and QUALCOMM training. WE PAY YOU $200 orientation pay, as long as you get hired on. We provide lunch, transportation and hotel for you. Your orientation location will depend on where you live
5: DRUG TEST IS URINE ONLY: We don’t need to pluck a big chunk of hair from your head etc and as mentioned above it’s done locally where you live.
6: FAST APPROVAL PROCESS: We move to approve you at lightening speed. Normally same day or next day approvals and as we have orientation that you do locally you can get started right away and no waiting after that as we have the one day orientation Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of every week so no long wait to get to work.
7: NO PHYSICAL NEEDED IF YOU HAVE A CURRENT MEDICAL CARD: Most companies make you get a whole new physical even if you had one a week ago or two months ago. That is just not cool that is for sure. As long as you can provide a valid medical card with 60 days remaining on it you will be good to go. (If you weren’t able to qualify for a 2 year medical card we will pay for you to get another physical so no worries there)

9: TOP OF THE LINE LATE MODEL EQUIPMENT: Well-maintained, late-model equipment. Mainly no-touch, drop-and-hook freight Plus: Average age of truck is 1.5 yrs, with nothing older than 3 years.
10: MENTOR PROGRAM: Mentors can earn an extra $25,000 or more per year as a driver mentor. You earn up to $200 extra per week ($800 a month) with extra CPM plus $1000 in bonus opportunities for each student you train. (Just 12 drivers (one a month) you mentor a year equals an additional $12,000 a year in bonus money)
RIDER PROGRAM (SORRY NO PETS, we do have other options for you if you have a pet so please do go ahead and apply and we’ll contact you with information) Rider program is for passengers who are 18 years old or older. Family members who are 13 years or older are also allowed. There is no insurance fee for a spouse but there is a small charge each month for other passengers.

QUALIFICATIONS: CLASS A CDL (Please read all of the different options below to qualify. Note: Unlike most OTR or regional jobs with other companies out there, we can accept Local, regional or OTR time to qualify.
One (1) year of verifiable local driving in the past 3 years.
Have at least One (1) year of verifiable driving (Combination of OTR/Regional/Local) in the past three (3) years.·
OR
Three (3) months experience (Combination of OTR/Regional/Local) in the past year and at any time completed an accredited school or carrier approved training program.
OR
Six (6) months of verifiable local experience or a combination of OTR/regional/local, in the past year and at any time completed an accredited school or carrier approved training program.
Experience must have been in a Class 8 tractor, towing a 40’ trailer(s) or longer. Job must have also required a Class A CDL.
No credit for local experience if: Construction (i.e. Dump truck/backhoe), Mobile Homes, Oil Field – Unless it meets our OTR criteria, Hot Shot, Yard Driver
