💵 Experience Pay

 CPM pay is based on experience  (Team split pay)

• No sitting around – always plenty of freight!

•  Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3–6 months tractor-trailer experience (over 40 ft.) in the past 3 years, we can look at older time if no recent Class A time.

• Must live within 100 miles of your teammate

• Fairly clean MVR and background

• No SAP drivers – please do not apply if you’ve been through the SAP program

• Max 6 to 7 jobs in past 3 years
