Drivers with 30+ months of Tractor Experience will be paid .70 CPM if you have hazmat and .67 CPM if you don’t have hazmat. Driver with 14-29 months of Tractor Trailer experience are paid ..68 CPM if they have hazmat and .65 CPM if they don’t have hazmat.
.70 CPM X 2800 miles = almost $2000 week. + Additional bonuses paid below. Most drivers are averaging $1800 to $2300 a week plus benefits and extra pay incentives.
EXTRA PAY FOR SAFE DRIVERS:
Initial Sign On Bonus of $1,475 (with Hazmat Endorsement) or $1,300 with no hazmat
Opportunity for the following after 30 days with qualifying safety record: $600

CSA Safety Bonus opportunity every 90 days, $875 (if you are Hazmat Endorsed) or $700 + 8 hours Paid Time Off & On-Road Safety Bonus opportunity of $600 every 90 days
WITH HAZMAT: This means you will get an extra $875 every quarter so every year you could make an extra $3500 just for being a safe driver. No other company pays a safety bonus like that. And you are paid this bonus as long as you are driving for this company.
WITHOUT HAZMAT: This means you will get an extra $700 every quarter so every year you could make an extra $2800 just for being a safe driver. No other company pays a safety bonus like that. And you are paid this bonus as long as you are driving for this company.

Qualifications:
- A valid and current Class A CDL
- 9 to 12 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the past 48 months. School time and time with at trainer does not count towards experience requirements.
- NOTE: You must also have at least 3 months in the past 7 months of those 12 months for you to be qualified. Meaning if you haven’t been driving OTR for the last 7 months you won’t qualify even if you have 3 full years of experience otherwise we require just 3 months of recent time in the last 7 months along with at least 12 months of OTR time in the last 4 years.

- SORRY NO JOB HOPPERS: 4 month average employment in the past 2 years. Multiple or lengthy gaps will hurt this requirement.. If you have more then 4 to 5 jobs in the last 2 years or more then 6 jobs in the last 3 years you probably aren’t going to qualify.
- We now require that a candidate not have a gap of 151 days or more in the past 15 months. Meaning if you had a break of not working any job of any kind of over 5 months you aren’t going to qualify. If you are less then 150 days you will be okay and remember this is only going back 15 months not 2 years, 3 years or 4 years etc just the most recent 15 month time period from todays date.
- No DWIs in the past 7 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen
- No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug test refusal or failure
- VERIFICATIONS: You must be able to verify the companies you worked for the last 3 years. If they are out of business or won’t verify you worked for them we can’t hire you.
- Owner Operators who ran under their own authority in the last 3 years, we cannot get you verified so no need to apply because only having run loss reports won’t work sorry about that.
- Looking for Drivers with very good MVR’s, Job history and clean BG
- We do not hire SAP drivers we do not hire recent grads and we do not hire drivers that don’t have at least 12 months of OTR in the last 4 years.
