📌 Position Highlights

  • Home Time: Home Weekly (minimum),weekends not guaranteed but could be home on Sundays)

  • The fact is Many drivers are having health problems due to lack of exercise, so here is a great solution to keep you in shape and get paid a lot of money to do so without having to work to hard.

    So yes this is a Family Dollar job, You won’t have to drive 3000 miles to make good money. Drivers will average 1500 miles per week with stop pay, unload pay etc.

  • Freight: 100% touch freight — unload with rollers right into the store you stay in the truck and someone in the store stacks them.  You never have to load the trucks they are preloaded.

  • Driving Region: CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, ME

  • Day time deliveries but some night Driving Required for repositioning prior to the next day’s delivery.

  • Secure Parking Required for truck & trailer however you are authorized to park at any DT store location or DC so that is great news.

💰 Compensation

  • Average Weekly Pay: Most drivers average close to  $1,750 (based on 1500 miles/5 loads) but top drivers are making  $2,200 – $2,400

  • Annual Salary: Up to $104,000

  • Unload Pay: $240/load

  • Backhaul Pay: $105/load

  • NYC Borough Pay: $250/delivery

  • Weekly Incentive: $50 bonus for full-week availability

Key Requirements

  • REQUIREMENTS: Class A CDL with at least 3 to 6 months of Tractor Trailer Experience in the last 3 years. 

    Experience must be tractor trailer experience with trailers over 40 feet in length

    Fairly clean MVR and Background and job  history.

    NO SAP DRIVERS AND NO RECENT GRADS FOR THIS JOB!!!!

  • Must be physically able to unload freight at Dollar Tree stores

  • Must have excellent customer service skills

  • Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
