We really need Flat Bed Drivers of every type including Heavy Haul drivers and hiring drivers with regular Flatbed or Step Deck experience.

💸 Owner Operator Pay Package:

  • Earn 65% of the load

  • +9.7% trailer bonus when you use your own  (if you own your own trailer that is a huge bonus, but we have trailers for you if you don’t have one)

  • +1% for each extra axle (truck or trailer)

  • Fuel surcharge + accessorials paid at 100%

  • Same-Day Pay – No waiting on settlements

🧾 Driver Requirements:

  • 23+ years old

  • 1 year OTR Class A experience in last 3 years

  • 6 months verifiable OTR flatbed experience in the last 3 years.

    • (If older than 3 years, flatbed test required at orientation)

  • OTR defined: 5+ states in a sleeper tractor

🛠️ Required Equipment:

We don’t have an age limit on trucks but see requirements below.  MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DOT INSPECTION. 

  • ELD-compliant tractor  (2000 and newer in most cases)

  • Headache rack

  • Grade 70 chains/binders

  • 4″ straps + 10 winches

  • Center pin on 7-way plug

  • Tarps recommended for 48′ trailer (8ft drops)

Heavy Haul setups encouraged: RGNs, steerables, 9–13 axle configs, double neck super 13, etc.

$1,000 Orientation Bonus

If want to attend Orientation it is held for 2 days Tuesday 9-5 EST & Wed 9-4 EST

Orientation is McDonough, GA or can be done remotely via Zoom as well if you live to far away to want to drive to GA so no worries we have you covered.

If you do come to orientation:     Lodging Provided – They can stay in their truck and use the fully equipped truckers lodge they have on site

Meals Provided – (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner) If they do in person orientation lunch is provided both days
