We have two great job options for CDL-A drivers with Hazmat who live within 35–50 miles of Salina, KS. Both jobs are with a major auto parts distributor and offer guaranteed salary, full benefits, and job security.

✅ Option 1: Salina Yard Jockey (Home Daily)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30AM–4PM

  • Home Time: Weekends Off (Sat/Sun)

  • Equipment: 2018 Ottawa (Automatic)

  • Freight: No-touch; local yard movements only

  • Parking: On-site

  • Hourly Pay: $20/hr + OT after 40 hrs ($30/hr)

    • Weekly Avg: $1,100–$1,300/wk

  • Bonus: $500 transition bonus on 2nd paycheck

  • Requirements:

    • 12+ months recent Class A TT experience

    • Hazmat required

✅ Option 2: Salina Flex Driver (Regional – Home Most Nights)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (varied day & night start times)

    • Day Routes: 10AM–5PM (layovers 2 nights/week)

    • Night Routes: 10PM start, home by morning (non-layover)

  • Home Time: Home most nights, 2 layovers per week

  • Miles: 2,400–2,600 per week, 35 stops

  • Lanes: KS, NE, MO, CO, OK, IA

  • Freight: Electric pallet jack, auto parts stores (some returns)

  • Equipment: 2020+ sleepers and straight trucks

  • Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $1,350 MINIMUM

  • Annual Avg: $75–78K | Top earners: $95K

  • CPM: Starts at .45 CPM (salary overrides mileage)

  • Stop Pay: $17 (Stops 1–3), $22 (4+ stops)

  • Delay Pay: $17/hr

  • Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On

    • Paid in five $1,000 installments (30/60/90/120/150 days)

  • Requirements:

    • 12+ months recent Class A TT experience (trailers 40’+)

    • Hazmat required

    • No recent grads or SAP drivers
