Hiring formed teams for company drivers, or Independent Contractors (Owner Operators or Lease Purchase option) .
Pickup parts in El Paso and deliver and get racks in Louisville and return back to El Paso Projected miles are off 1.5 turns per week. All no touch freight.
Run as many miles as you want, no limit. 4287 miles per week if 1.5 turns, just one more turn and you will run 5757 miles for the week. We have as much freight as you want to haul, there is no freight shortage with this job. You can keep driving and making as much money was you want to make, no limit on miles.
- Company Team…home weekly! Drivers can make up to $1800.00 per driver per week. You can get as many miles as you want, but the minimum guaranteed pay of $1286 per driver per week w/ full benefits but remember that is the minimum and it’s GUARANTEED ($2572 split to be exact and husband / wife teams would benefit as it all goes to one home and they are home every week) *OF COURSE YOU CAN EARN MORE IF THEY DO MORE MILES, this is just the guaranteed minimum.
- Company Pay is .60 CPM but remember you are guaranteed a minimum salary.
Any team wanting to make more money can make that one more turn and suddenly you are looking at $3454.20 for the team or $1727 for each driver.
- OO team…Minimum $5358.75 per week before deductions…but deductions are minimal just a couple of hundred bucks a week for true owner operators.
- Owner Operator/LP pay is $1.25 + 100% of fuel surcharge currently around .30 so you would average $1.55 CPM at that rate.
Just one more turn for Owner Operator teams is an additional $1800 before FSC kicks in so that would mean you could easily gross around $7200 or more a week.
We have a Lease Purchase Option for this TEAM JOB, but you won’t make much money with that option on this run, however if you want information on the Lease Purchase Option apply at the link below and I’ll send you information for that option.
OWNER OPERATORS:
IC Owners are not required to get truck insurance or base plates through us but we do offer much cheaper insurance and other benefits if you run under our authority.
WE OFFER: You can run under our authority and yes we have Physical Damage and Bobtail based on the value of the truck. Occupational Accident for $135/month and Base plates for $50/week until paid.
WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR: Qualcomm usage or installation, Fuel Card, Cargo insurance, Liability Insurance, Transflo Services, Permits and IFTA or for Trailer Rentals.
HUGE DISCOUNTS ON FUEL AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Trucks onboarding have to be a 2000 model year or newer & have to be able to pass an FMCSA annual inspection.
REQUIREMENTS: Class A CDL and at least 3 to 6 months of verifiable OTR driving in the past 12 months or one year (12 months) of a combination of OTR/Regional/Local in the past three (3) years.
Experience must have been in a Class A tractor, towing a 40′ trailer(s) or longer. Must have a Class A CDL.
Fairly clean MVR and Background.
HIRING AREA IS ANYWHERE WITHIN 75 MILES either side OF I-10, I-20,I-30, I-40 and I-65 enroute from EL PASO to Louisville KY. Must be able to pass a drug test. We do not require a hair follicle drug test for this job, urine only.
NOTE: We can accept a team with one driver that can’t speak English as long as the other driver is fluent in English no problem. (For example if one driver can only speak Spanish but the other driver can speak English just fine, please go ahead and apply we can make that work.
