Experienced teams could make up to .75 CPM where and top drivers are making over $2000 per week while being home every week. Average pay is over $1830 that is some pretty darn good pay with today’s trucking situation and we have plenty of freight for you to haul.

Delivery Locations: Drivers pick up freight in Gilroy, CA and delivering to distribution centers located in IL, MI, OH, NJ, MA, GA, FL with return loads going back to CA. (See below for job that stays only out West)

Top 10%: $2,000 per week
You can realistically each make between $95,000 to $104,000 for each driver per year with this job if you are willing to drive all over the US. (Full benefits with this job)
Schedule: Home Time: 34 Hour Reset Weekly
Equipment: All trucks equipped with automatic transmission. Top of the line sleeper trucks.

PAY: Paid by the mile based on experience. Drivers are paid individually based on experience so if your teammate has less experience then you, you aren’t penalized.
Teams with at least 5 years of experience will be paid up to .75 CPM per team based in experience. Yes this is the real deal not some scam out of Chicago.
For example if a driver that has 5 years of verifiable experience they will be paid .38 CPM. This is not SPLIT. Each driver will be paid their mileage pay for the full amount of miles.
For example: If they make .38 cpm @ 5000 miles per week they would earn $1900.00 just in mileage pay for that driver. Each driver is also paid Safe & On-Time Bonus – Up to 3% of mileage pay on top of their regular pay.
If one driver has 5 years experience and the other driver has just 2 years experience the driver with 5 years experience will still get paid .38 CPM and the other driver with 2 years experience will get paid .35 CPM for the full number of miles you run, so you aren’t punished if the other driver has less experience then you.
NOTE: HIRING AREA: We hire drivers who live or can provide an address within 125 Miles from Gilroy CA or who who live or can provide an address within 50 Miles from Colton CA.
Colton Drivers: DRIVES WHO LIVE WITHIN 50 Miles from Colton, you do not take the truck home so you won’t need a spot to park that truck. Because of the high dollar items in the trailer you must have good transportation to the Terminal Colton facility: 2250 Riverside Ave in Colton, CA.
Drivers that live in the Gilroy area can take the trucks home if outside 50 miles from Gilroy CA.
REQUIREMENTS: Class A CDL and at least 3 to 6 months of verifiable driving in the past three (3) years.
Experience must have been in a Class A tractor, towing a 40′ trailer(s) or longer. Must have a Class A CDL.
