Drivers with 30+ months of Tractor Experience will be paid .70 CPM if you have hazmat and .67 CPM if you don’t have hazmat. Driver with 14-29 months of Tractor Trailer experience are paid ..68 CPM if they have hazmat and .65 CPM if they don’t have hazmat.

.70 CPM X 2800 miles = almost $2000 week. + Additional bonuses paid below.  Most drivers are averaging $1800 to $2300 a week plus benefits and extra pay incentives.

EXTRA PAY FOR SAFE DRIVERS:

Initial Sign On Bonus of $1,475 (with Hazmat Endorsement) or $1,300 with no hazmat

Opportunity for the following after 30 days with qualifying safety record:   $600

*After first 90 days, you will be eligible for these bonuses below every 90 days forever.

CSA Safety Bonus opportunity every 90 days, $875 (if you are Hazmat Endorsed) or $700 + 8 hours Paid Time Off  & On-Road Safety Bonus opportunity of $600 every 90 days

WITH HAZMAT:   This means you will get an extra $875 every quarter so every year you could make an extra $3500 just for being a safe driver.  No other company pays a safety bonus like that. And you are paid this bonus as long as you are driving for this company.

WITHOUT HAZMAT:   This means you will get an extra $700 every quarter so every year you could make an extra $2800 just for being a safe driver.  No other company pays a safety bonus like that. And you are paid this bonus as long as you are driving for this company.

Qualifications:

• A valid and current Class A CDL

• For this job we are only hiring quality top notch drivers. 

  Drivers with 4 jobs in the past year or those working for  small trucking  companies or OO are very hard to get approved as we can’t get verifications.   We can’t accept drivers with more than  5 to 6 jobs in the last 3 years and every company you worked for much be verifiable. 

  If you are a great driver with a good job history, great MVR and Background then you are the kind of driver we are looking for so please apply below if you meet the rest of the qualifications listed below.

  • 9 to 12 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the past 48 months.  (See below for team mate requirement it’s only 6 months with some additional requirements)   

  • TEAM DRIVERS WITH LESS THEN 12 Months of OTR Experience. If one team partner has 6 months and the other has 24 months or more we will put the 6 month person through extra orientation training and testing and let them graduate and run team with the 24 month person.  Team mate still must also have at least 3 months in the past 7 months.

  • SORRY NO JOB HOPPERS:  4 month average employment in the past 2 years.  Employment has to be at least a 4 month average. Multiple or lengthy gaps will hurt this requirement..  If you have more then  4 jobs in the last 2 years or more then 6 jobs in the last 3 years you probably aren’t going to qualify.

  • Will allow 12 months of unexplained unemployment in the past 3 years but no more than that. 

• If you don’t have 12 months of OTR Tractor Trailer time you, but you have at least 6 months of OTR time in the last year, and you can find a team mate who has at least 24 months we can hire you both for this incredible team job that pays up to .98 CPM.  CLICK “HERE” FOR TEAM JOB INFORMATION

• No DWIs in the past 7 years

• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen

• No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years

• No drug test refusal or failure

• VERIFICATIONS:  You must be able to verify the companies you worked for the last 3 years. If they are out of business or won’t verify you worked for them we can’t hire you.

• Owner Operators who ran under their own authority in the last 3 years, we cannot get you verified so no need to apply because only having run loss reports won’t work sorry about that.   

• Looking for Drivers with very good MVR’s, Job history and clean BG

• We do not hire SAP drivers we do not hire recent grads and we do not hire drivers that don’t have at least 12 months of OTR in the last 4 years.

Miles Averages 2500 to 2800 miles per week.
