- Drivers for this account will run expedited refrigerated freight. All loads are live load and live unload. No-touch freight.
Delivery Locations:
- Drivers pick up freight in Gilroy, CA and delivering to distribution centers located in IL, MI, OH, NJ, MA, GA, FL with return loads going back to CA.
Schedule:
- Home Time: 34 Hour Reset Home Weekly
Compensation:

Average: $1,900 per week ($98,000 per year) Top 10%: $2,187 per week ($113,000 per year)
- Mileage Pay Split. This is based on each drivers experience so you each get paid
- Safe & On-Time Bonus – Up to 3% of mileage pay
PAY: Paid by the mile based on experience. Drivers are paid individually based on experience so if your teammate has less experience then you, you aren’t penalized. Teams with at least 10 years of experience will be paid .75 CPM per team based in experience. Yes this is the real deal not some scam out of Chicago.
For example if a driver that has 10 years of verifiable experience they will be paid .375 cpm. This is not SPLIT. Each driver will be paid their mileage pay for the full amount of miles. For example: If they make .375 cpm @ 6000 miles per week they would earn $2250 just in mileage pay for that driver. Each driver is also paid Safe & On-Time Bonus – Up to 3% of mileage pay on top of their regular pay.
EXPERIENCE PAY BREAKDOWN: Each Driver is paid based on their experience but both drivers get credit for the full amount of miles. Mileage pay is up to .375 CPM for a driver with 10 years experience per driver or .75 CPM for the team split if both drivers have 10 years.
If one driver has 10 years experience and one driver has 5 years experience the driver with 10 years experience will still get paid .375 CPM and the other driver with 5 years experience will get paid .35 CPM for the full 6000 consistent miles you will run, so you aren’t punished if the other driver has less experience then you.
Requirements:
- REQUIREMENTS: Class A CDL and at least 3 to 6 months of verifiable driving in the past three (3) years. Experience must have been in a Class A tractor, towing a 40′ trailer(s) or longer. Must have a Class A CDL.
Fairly clean MVR and Background. We do not hire Recent Grads or SAP Drivers.
