These trucks are loaded all of them Auto, Flat Screen TV, Microwave, Fridge, Bedding, Inverter, CB, etc.

Pay of .98 CPM if you have hazmat and .95 CPM split if you don’t have hazmat. Drivers are averaging 5500 miles or more per week.

Formed Teams only for this job are preferred but we may be able to help match you up with another well qualified driver if you do want to team up and you don’t have a team mate. We do have a great solo job out 21 days with a full 7 days off and 2 days for travel also working just 40 weeks a year if you don’t want to team or can’t find a teammate. 

Team Drivers can Expect home time: Every 21 days you drive you will get a full 7 days off. These 7 days do not include your 2 travel days so that is a total of 9 days off. (You can choose to stay out longer if you want and make more money that is up to you.

NOTE: This is a fly away or drive away job. (WE PAY FOR ALL TRAVEL EXPENSES! We can fly your team from the nearest airport to get you you home every 21 days. NO SLIP SEAT. You can leave your equipment in the truck. The Truck stays at one of our yards and get serviced during that time. NO SLIP SEAT, truck stays assigned to you.

CPM TEAM DRIVER OPTION   (Yes you can make more money with CPM)

So it is a fact that you can make more money if you prefer to be paid by the Mile and right now our  Flat Rate  pay program is on hold we are full up on drivers for that job.  For the CPM program w are paying up to .98 Cents per mile right now with drivers averaging about 5500 miles per week. For CPM up to .98 CPM Information So lets say you do drive 5500 Miles at .98 CPM that is $5390 for the team per week or $2695 for each driver for the week if you have hazmat.   

If you don’t have hazmat you still get .95 CPM so in that case you would make $5225 for the team for the week or $2612 per driver.  (if one driver has hazmat he gets paid and the .98 CPM rate and the other driver at .95 CPM) 

Now if you drive 6000 miles which is very doable at the .98 CPM rate that is $5880 for the week for the team or $2940 per driver for each driver for that that week.  You can see why the average for CPM drivers last year was $127,000 per driver.  

BONUS MONEY AND EXTRA PAY FOR SAFE DRIVERS: (EACH DRIVER GETS PAID THESE AMOUNTS)

Each driver can qualify for an additional extra bonus money of $4275 to $4875 in the first 90 days.

 Initial $1025 (with hazmat) or $825 (no hazmat) CSA Safety Bonus +  $600 On-Road Safety Bonus  Paid Time Off

Plus

 $1025 or $825 CSA Safety Bonus  $600 On-Road Safety Bonus  Paid Time Off opportunity every 30 days for your first 90 days*

WITH HAZMAT: This means if you have a clean driving record every 30 days for the first 3 months you will get $1625 extra pay for a total of $4875 Extra in the first 90 days along with your regular pay.

WITHOUT HAZMAT: This means if you have a clean driving record every 30 days for the first 3 months you will get $1425 extra pay for a total of $4275 Extra in the first 90 days along with your regular pay.

*After first 90 days, you will be eligible for these bonuses every 90 days.

FOREVER SAFETY BONUS: Each driver can qualify for an extra $5700 to $6500 per year in addition to their regular pay.

WITH HAZMAT:   This means you will get an extra $1625 every quarter so every year you could make an extra $6500 per year just for being a safe driver.  No other company pays a safety bonus like that. And you are paid this bonus as long as you are driving for this company.

WITHOUT HAZMAT:   This means you will get an extra $1300 every quarter so every year you could make an extra $5700 just for being a safe driver.  No other company pays a safety bonus like that. And you are paid this bonus as long as you are driving for this company.

Expected home time: Every 21 days you drive you will get a full 7 days off. These 7 days do not include your 2 travel days so that is a total of 9 days off every month. (You can choose to stay out longer if you want and make more money that is up to you.

If you are averaging $123,000 a year per driver or $246,000 for the team a year (Remember this is the average we had many drivers average more then this amount) that works out to around $10,250 per driver per months and close to $2600 for each driver per week.

That is owner operator money in your pocket with that hassles and aggravation of owning your own truck and going broke with these high fuel prices.

Please try to remember that is is average while you are taking off a total of days during each month. I did mention you could stay out longer and make even more money too.

Your quality of life is important. Why work yourself to death when you can actually get home for a full week off, each month and only work 40 weeks out of the year and make as much as the folks driving 50 weeks out of the year.

Qualifications: We are currently hiring Formed Teams in all the lower 48 states states except we do not hire in any of these 6 states: CA, NV, OR, WA, TX, NY

  • A valid and current Class A CDL
  • 14 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the past 48 months (We can’t hire you if you only have 13 months, we can’t hire you if your team mate doesn’t have a full 14 months BOTH DRIVERS must have at least 14 months OTR in the last 4 years. School time and time with at trainer does not count towards experience requirements.
  • 4 month average employment in the past 2 years.  Employment has to be  a 4 month average. Multiple or lengthy gaps will hurt his requirement..   If you have more then 5 jobs in the last 2 years you probably won’t qualify.
  • Sorry you cannot have an employment gap of more then 151 days or more in the past 15 months. Meaning if you have over a 4.5 month gap with no job of any kind in the last year and a half we can’t hire you. Gaps older then 15 months are okay but not ideal.
  • No DWIs in the past 7 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen
  • No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
  • No drug test refusal or failure

You won’t have to wait for loads or sit around, we have the freight for you to haul and it doesn’t matter does it because you are guaranteed your shift pay period. We have to provide the freight or pay you for sitting and that isn’t our business model.
