Shift is Monday thru Friday /occasional weekends as needed ( Drivers leave out Sunday evening), and are home Friday evening.

The fact is Many drivers are having health problems due to lack of exercise, so here is a great solution to keep you in shape and get paid a lot of money to do so without having to work to hard.
So yes this is a Family Dollar job, and Family Dollar isn’t like a Dollar Tree or Dollar General job as you don’t sling thousands of boxes. You won’t have to drive 3000 miles to make good money. Drivers will average 1250 miles per week with stop pay, unload pay etc.
The main DC is out of Matthews NC- Driver pallet unload/ liftgate /some Driver unload
Yes this is 100% touch freight, with the driver manually unloading all freight but it’s not heavy freight, it’s Dollar Store freight. You aren’t unloading 3500 boxes like you would with a Dollar Tree job, you use pallets and electric jacks to move pallets to the back door of the store.
You will have Multiple Store deliveries/ 100% driver unload, 60% of freight is on pallets and moved with electric pallet jacks to the back door of the store. There will be some loose freight that has to be put in carts with wheels and moved to the backdoor.
Stops can take 1-2 hours to unload depending on piece count. This is the easiest type of Dollar Store job there is out there and your heart will thank you because sitting in that truck for 3000 miles a week is a recipe for an early grave, no doubt about that. You need some exercise and here is a way to get and get paid for doing it.
So you are paid by the mile, by the stop, and additional accessorial pay: Here is the breakdown.
Weekly pay Breakdown: Mileage $540. Stop pay $512. Unload pay $408. Bonus $40 = Weekly Average of $1,500. (Top drivers make up to $1,700 / week or more)
Pay break down. .45 CPM but remember miles are just gravy with this job. Stop Pay: $32.00 stop pay (4-5 stop avg per trl) -$102.00 Trailer unload pay (3 trls a week, can be up to 5) **Average 15+ stops per week (Sweet)
You Also get $2 for every safe on-time store delivery + $2 per load /must be safe and on-time – paid weekly (Avg. $35 to $45 per week extra in Bonus pay)
AVG Miles- 1250 + stop pay and extra bonuses you can average close to $1500 a week or more while being home every weekend.
Assigned Single sleepers – can park at the Charlotte terminal for time off or if in route such as you live in South Carolina or outside 50 miles from Charlotte you can take the truck home

REQUIREMENTS: Class A CDL with at least 12 months of Tractor Trailer Experience in the last 3 years or 2 years of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the last 5 years.
Experience must be tractor trailer experience with trailers over 40 feet in length
Fairly clean MVR and Background.
