This is a dedicated job hauling freight for FedEx Average each team driver is making is $20000 to $2400 per week but never less then $1700 weekly SALARY which is guaranteed pay.
We can hire you without the doubles endorsement as long as you are willing to get it within 30 days of being hired. (Prefer you get it prior to Orientation if you can. It is only a quick 10-12 question quiz at DMV) WE WILL REIMBURSE FOR DOUBLES ENDORSEMENTS IF YOU DON’T HAVE.
HOME WEEKLY–Initially Teams will be out 2-3 weeks at a time until assigned to a permanent lane. Once you are assigned a permanent lane will end up being home weekly. It’s just the initial time period until we get you into your assigned lane that you will be out the 2 to 3 weeks at the beginning.
• Drivers run 48 states but there will be set routes within the DC’s
• MINIMUM WEEKLY SALARY OF $1700 (TEAM MUST BE AVAILABLE 6 DAYS DURING THE WEEK)
• DRIVERS THAT RUN 5500+ MILES PER WEEK CAN AVERAGE $2000-$2400 PER WEEK!!
• Each driver can make between 93k and 128k+ per year depending on experience and miles.
• The account requires Double endorsement. but as long as you are willing to get this endorsement and you don’t currently have it it we can go ahead and hire you right now.
If you don’t have doubles experience we will provide 3 days of Doubles training and pay you $150 per day while in training.
Drop and Hook loads, pull 2 x 28 pup trailers
• All teams need to be paired PRIOR to attending orientation. We will not be accepting any solo drivers without a partner into orientation. You can apply as a solo driver and we will match you up, but you can’t attend orientation until we have a team partner for you.
• We pay an extra $100 per driver per month if they live over 150 miles from the DC and they commute back and forth in their personal vehicle.
NOTE: You Must live within 100 mile radius of your team partner

• Drivers average 5000-5500 miles per week.
• Loads are Drop and Hook. Drivers will not be breaking down the doubles.
• If a team does not have their endorsements when they are hired: operations will expect team to get doubles endorsement as soon as possible, and they will work with the team to get certifications within the first 30 days, (10-12 question quiz at the DMV) in the meantime a team w/o endorsements will be running other various general OTR or dedicated FAK with pay guarantee.
• 1 year = 1 week
• 3 years = 2 weeks
• 7 years = 3 weeks
• 15 years = 4 weeks
Pay breakdown. You are paid based on your experience so you aren’t penalized if the other driver has less experience then you. If you have 10 years of experience you get paid at the .45 CPM rate (.90 CPM Split) to you for all the miles you both run. Meanwhile if your team mate has just 5 years experience they will get paid at .40 CPM for all the miles you both run.

If a Team Driver/ Team comes in under a year (or that needs to be matched), they are eligible for the $12k split Sign on bonus. $12K payout: each driver is paid $500 paid after 1st load, $500 paid at 30 days, $1,000 paid out monthly for 5 months
If a Team comes in that has 1 year verifiable experience driving together, they will be eligible for the $30,000 Sign on Bonus • All Pre-Made team with 1 year verifiable experience: 30k sign-on bonus split, each team partner bonus installments are listed below:
• $500 paid after 1st load
• $500 paid at 30 days
• $2,000 paid at 60 days $3k each @ 2 Months!
• $1,500 paid at 150 days
• $1,500 paid at 240 days
• $1,500 paid at 330 days
• $1500 paid at 365 days $9k each @ 1 year!
• $1.500 paid at 455 days
• $1,500 paid at 545 days
• $1,500 paid at 635 days
• $1,500 paid at 725 days $15k each @ 2 years!
Drivers should be aware that they could also run YRC freight at any given time. The goal is to always make sure you have freight to run but again you are guaranteed minimum pay no matter what happens with weather, traffic, truck breakdowns etc.

REQUIREMENTS: Class A CDL with at least 3 to 6 months Tractor Trailer Class A Experience in the last 3 years. Experience must be tractor trailer experience with trailers over 40 feet in length. Tractor Trailer time can be Local, Regional or OTR.
Fairly clean MVR and Background.
We do not hire Recent Grads or Drivers on the SAP program for this job.
