This is a dedicated job for FedEx or YRC Teams where you will be home weekly. Average each team driver is making is $1900 to $2400 per week but never less then $1700 weekly SALARY which is guaranteed pay.
We can hire you without the doubles endorsement as long as you are willing to get it within 30 days of being hired. (Prefer you get it prior to Orientation if you can. It is only a quick 10-12 question quiz at DMV) WE WILL REIMBURSE FOR DOUBLES ENDORSEMENTS IF YOU DON’T HAVE.
If you don’t want to get doubles or you want the best quality of life and the best home time, we have a solo position job or a Formed Team job hauling no touch freight where you work just 40 weeks out of the year and still make over $103,000 per driver per year with full benefits.
You get a full 7 days off after driving just 21 days + 2 days of travel so 9 days off each month and still average over $2000 to $2400 a week even with the time off. Teams are averaging $2800 flat rate guaranteed pay and solo drivers are averaging $2200 to $2500 flat rate guaranteed pay a week with full benefits. (You must be a formed team for this Team job, that is why we also offer the solo position) You must have 14 months of OTR in the last 4 years to qualify for this 21/9 position. FEDEX/YRS Teams on this account can get home every week for a 34 hour reset, but they can stay out longer if they want
• Drivers run 48 states but there will be set routes within the DC’s
• MINIMUM WEEKLY SALARY OF $1700 (TEAM MUST BE AVAILABLE 6 DAYS DURING THE WEEK)
• DRIVERS THAT RUN 5500+ MILES PER WEEK CAN AVERAGE $1900-$2400 PER WEEK!!
• Each driver can make between 93k and 128k+ per year depending on experience and miles.
• The account requires Double endorsement. but you can apply even you don’t have one as long as you agree to get it after you are hired. We provide 3 days of “Paid” doubles training if you don’t have doubles experience.
Drop and Hook loads, pull 2 x 28 pup trailers
• All teams need to be paired PRIOR to attending orientation. We will not be accepting any solo drivers without a partner. You can apply as a solo driver and we will match you up, but you can’t attend orientation until we have a team partner for you.
• We pay an extra $100 per driver per month if they live over 150 miles from the DC and they commute back and forth in their personal vehicle.
Team mate must live within 100 mile radius of their team partner.
Additional account details
• Drivers average 5000-5500 miles per week.
• Loads are Drop and Hook. Drivers will not be breaking down the doubles.
• If a team does not have their endorsements when they are hired: operations will expect team to get doubles endorsement as soon as possible, and they will work with the team to get certifications within the first 30 days, (10-12 question quiz at the DMV) in the meantime a team w/o endorsements will be running other various general OTR or dedicated FAK with pay guarantee.
• If you don’t have doubles experience we will provide 3 days of Doubles training @ $150 per day

If a Team Driver/ Team comes in under a year (or that needs to be matched), they are eligible for the $12k split Sign on bonus. $12K payout: each driver is paid $500 paid after 1st load, $500 paid at 30 days, $1,000 paid out monthly for 5 months
If a Team comes in that has 1 year verifiable experience driving together, they will be eligible for the $30,000 Sign on Bonus • All Pre-Made team with 1 year verifiable experience: 30k sign-on bonus split, each team partner bonus installments are listed below:
• $500 paid after 1st load
• $500 paid at 30 days
• $2,000 paid at 60 days ($3000 paid out to each driver within the first 60 days! WOW!
• $1,500 paid at 150 days
• $1,500 paid at 240 days
• $1,500 paid at 330 days
• $1500 paid at 365 days $9k each @ 1 year!
• $1.500 paid at 455 days
• $1,500 paid at 545 days
• $1,500 paid at 635 days
• $1,500 paid at 725 days $15k each @ 2 years!
Drivers should be aware that they could run FedEx or YRC any given week based on need. If a driver is on one account or another they put their name on a wait list for the other customer is there is not currently a spot available. It will be the goal to keep drivers on the same customer account weekly, but there will be some change week to week.
Pay is the same for FedEx or YRC freight so it really doesn’t matter which one you are pulling for.
• All Drivers must be willing and able to run for FXG from Thanksgiving to New Years. Teams will continue to run out of same domicile and continue to get home weekly for a 34

REQUIREMENTS: Class A CDL with at least 3 to 6 months Tractor Trailer Class A Experience in the last 3 years. Experience must be tractor trailer experience with trailers over 40 feet in length. Tractor Trailer time can be OTR, Regional or Local as long as Class A time hauling trailers over 40 foot in length.
We can accept Tractor trailer time that is older then 3 years for qualification if you haven’t driven in a while that is okay we go back up to 10 years for experience.
Fairly clean MVR and Background.
