Drivers will be doing outbound deliveries from the DC in either Ocala Florida. You will be drive mainly only in Florida and you’ll be returning with back hauls to the DC which will be live loads.
This is a dedicated job for just one customer one of the largest retailers in the USA, “COSTCO”. But this is a no touch job and loads are predominantly drop and hook with periodic live unloads.
Your schedule will be Tuesday to Sunday – 5.5 day work week so you have time to take care of things like a dental appointment etc on Monday that you can’t take care of on a weekend. However you will have the option to move to a Monday through Friday schedule when that shift becomes available.
Along with getting off for a minimum of 34 hour reset on Sundays and Monday’s you will also get home at least a minimum of twice during the week.
Trucks will be sleeper trucks and can be taken home for home time so you don’t have to commute to the terminal. (You just need a safe place to park the truck)
Never worry about having to sit around waiting for freight. Currently as you know Costco has as much freight as you want to haul, but if there is ever a rare situation where there isn’t freight for you to haul is that we do have plenty of extra OTR freight you can run if customer freight is not available.
Average miles per week range between 1500-2000. You will be paid a flat rate pay for the minimum 1500 miles but if you average any miles more then the 1500 you will make a lot more money then the minimum that is guaranteed.
AVERAGE PAY IS BETWEEN $1400 to $1700 Based on Experience. So for instance if you have 120 months of experience your mileage pay will be paid at a .72 CPM rate. That means that if you drive just 2000 miles that week you will earn close to $1700 for that week.* (*With the $1000 per month extra we are paying you from the $12,000 sign on bonus that is an extra $250 a week average) But no matter what happens you would never make less then $1150 to $1350 per week based on experience. See below for a breakdown on the pay.
Almost all of our drivers average close to 2000 or more miles per week but again you will never make less then the 1500 miles a week rate.
$12,000 Sign on Bonus: We’ve added a $12,000 sign on bonus paid out monthly for the next 12 months at $1000 a month. That means that in addition to the minimum guarantee of $900 to $1100 a week guaranteed minimum based on experience for the next 12 months you would never average less then $1150 to $1350 a week and obviously you can increase the minimum by any miles you drive over 1500 miles which is easily done.
So if you have 10 years of experience (verifiable) and you drive 2000 miles that week you would average $1440. Add the $250 SOB average per week for the next 12 months and you would be looking at almost $1700 average per week for the next 12 months for a home more often then weekly job.

Based on experience you will be guaranteed a minimum of $1150 to $1350 per week MINIMUM GUARANTEED for the next 12 months with the ability to make up to $1700 if you drive just 2000 miles in that week which is very doable.

No matter what happens with traffic, weather, waiting for a load etc you will have no worries because as long as you are available for the full week of work you will get paid a guaranteed minimum for 1500 miles based on your experience period and obviously you have the ability to make a lot more by driving just a few miles more which again we have the freight for you to run as hard as you want to run..
