We are looking for Class A CDL Tractor Trailer Company Trainers and Mentors:
TOP PAY: You can average over $2000 a week.
Become a Mentor = $1,500 extra
• Company Mentors = Additional .10cpm while training
• LTO Mentors = Additional .05cpm while training
• Student Pick Up = $150
• Student upgrades to 1st seat & active for 30 days = $300
$0.10 cents per mile increase on top of your regular OTR rate. This is paid not only for the miles you drive, but for the miles your student drives as well.
• $200 bonus once your student upgrades.
• $250 retention bonus if your student is still driving at 90 days.
• $200 bonus as 6 months if your student is still driving and hasn’t had any accidents.
• $1000 for every 6 students you successfully upgrade.
• Additional average weekly miles
• Possible to earn up to $19,200.00 per year in upgrade bonuses.
PLUS—Run between 19,000 and 24,501 miles = $1,500 EXTRA paid quarterly.
• Have 24,500 miles and up = $2,500 EXTRA paid quarterly. (That’s more than .10 cpm extra!)
Class A CDL with at least 6 months of OTR in the last 3 years.
Must be accident free for previous six months, and no tickets in previous 1 yr.
Good Job History.
