Truck Driver Pay & Benefits
Full-time CDL truck drivers are eligible for:
Total of $20,000 sign on Bonus which means $10,000 per driver. Put $4000 of that money in your pocket by Christmas as the bonus is paid out quite quickly. ($2000 after just 45 days, another $2000 after 90 days, $2000 after 180 days and $4000 at the end of a year)
- Up to $65,000 per year based on experience
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers
- $7,500 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers
- Mileage and accessorial pay
- Up to $0.03 per mile quarterly performance bonus

Truck Driver Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Live within 35 miles of Cincinnati or 50 miles of Hebron, KY
Shift Available: Home weekends is not guaranteed for this job. Days home Varies, but starts and ends in the same place each week. No Slip Seat. You will Hauling auto parts, number of loads per week varies, 95% drop and hook. Travel area: No East or West coast travel Average Miles Per Week: 4,900-5,000 miles.
