You can earn up from  $0.51 per mile to up to .65 per mile + an additional .05 to .07 CPM based on experience.  (We do have some team positions paying as high as .65 CPM based on your experience, endorsements and home time preference so make sure you apply below to qualify for all options.

Average of 5,500-6,000 miles per week (with choice to run more or less) and 1,100 miles per haul.   Earn an additional $0.03 per mile quarterly performance bonus per driver and up to another $0.02 per mile annual pay increase per driver +  Additional $0.01 per mile when both team partners have hazmat endorsement –  Plus get paid  accessorial pay for detention and layover.

If you ad up what you are making with the $20,000 bonus below you are looking at over .65 CPM split pay the first year, now that is some serious coin.  Most drivers are averaging $1500 to $1800 a week.  You can earn over $70,000 a year with this job. The Sign on bonus is MONSTER!!   Each driver will get $10,000!!  If you are an experienced driver with at least 3 months of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience you will qualify for the largest bonus in the industry period. $20,000 split so each driver gets a whopping $10,000 and it’s paid out FAST.  You will each get $2000 in your pockets after just 45 days and another $2000 in your wallet after 90 days..another big fat check for $2000 after 180 days and if you stay a year you’ll get $4000 at the end of the year bonus.

Requirements:  Class A CDL with at least one month of Tractor Trailer Experience.  Fairly clean MVR and Back Ground but we will work with you to help you get hired.  Must live in The Lower 48 states.   (For Alaska you can still apply but the $20,000 bonus will be just a little bit less)

Your Travel area is the entire 48 states.   Average Miles Per Week: 5,000/6,000+ (Split 50/50)  We do have several team jobs that are home every other week and on weekends depending on where you live so please apply below.
