Very nice Dedicated truck driver position for the JC Penney account with weekly time at home. You will haul and have to “unload” freight with a primary travel area of AR, IA, IN, KS, MO, NE, ND, SD and OK. Truck Driver Pay & Benefits
Full-time CDL truck drivers are eligible for: Up to $60,000 per year based on your experience level, with a $7500 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers and $5,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers.
$7500 sign on bonus is paid out $1500 in just 45 days and another $1500 in 90 days, another $1500 at the 6 month mark and if you stay a year you get a whopping $3000 added to your bank account.
(Drivers with one month to less than 3 months TT exp). Pay includes Mileage, stop-off and unloading pay and Up to $0.03 per mile quarterly performance bonus.

Truck Driver Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with at least one month of experience.
- You must Live within 75 miles of Little Rock AR, or within 75 miles of Rogers AR (If you live outside this area go ahead and apply we’ll work to find another job position for you.)
- SHIFT: Sunday – Friday (leaving out Sunday night or early Monday morning; start time between midnight. Time will be home weekly but occasionally may get home once during week. Night driving and delivering in the mornings. 34 reset on the weekend. Work Details: 100% driver hand unload. All product is loaded on light weight pallets. Unload trailer with pallet jack; avg load will have 30 pallets. Loads are light; avg weight of a full loaded trailer is 10,000 lbs Hauling clothes and retail products Avg 3 – 4 loads per week Avg 2-3 stop offs per load 90% hand unloads, 10% drop and hook. Close to almost 2300 miles a week plus you get paid for unloading which really, really ads up.
