The Sign on bonus is MONSTER!! If you are an experienced driver with at least 3 months of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience you will qualify for the largest bonus in the industry period. $16,000 split so each driver gets a whopping $8,000 and it’s paid out FAST. The hiring process is extremely fast. You will normally get a call within 24 hours or less of submitting this application. Travel area: All 48 states Average Miles Per Week: 5,000/6,000+ (Split 50/50) Additional Info: Orientation will normally be in Memphis for this job so you will get some great Barbecue. We pay for your flight or any transportation to orientation, we pay for the hotel and we pay you $80.00 a day while in orientation. Normally orientation is about 3 days maximum. You get your truck and start driving right away.
Drivers will temp team until a permanent partner is identified, all team drivers will be assigned to an automatic transmission truck.
Pay is 50/50 Split between drivers but is based on experience and whether you have hazmat or not. You will get higher pay if you have more experience and higher pay if you have hazmat. Plus don’t forget the monster $8000 Sign on Bonus per driver + Up to $0.03 per mile quarterly performance bonus per driver and Up to $0.02 per mile annual pay increase per drive. There is no reason you shouldn’t be making $1300 to $1600 or more a week with this great job.
