We are looking for Elite Drivers who want home time that you control and drivers that will be treated with the pay and respect you deserve. 

You pick your home time, home weekly or home every other weekend or stay out as long as you want to.   We don’t have a set home time policy so we can work with you on what works for you.

Now this doesn’t mean a local job home every night or every other night because you couldn’t make any money that way, but we can work with you a realistic schedule that fits your situation.

If you want to be home weekly we will work with you on that, or if you want to be home out 12 days and home every other weekend we’ll work with you on that option.  If you want to stay out for 3 to 4 weeks to make more money we will work with on that option.  Obviously the  length of haul  will maximize your earning potential, or regionalized freight will help you get home when you need to.

You won’t have to spend weeks and months out there on the road unable to get home because the flaky company you work for can’t get their act together to get you home.

You will average over over 2200 to 2500 miles a week with pay up to .60 CPM plus incentives for more. You can earn 30% more than the industry average and our goal is 95% or better on time Home Time. No games trying to keep you out longer than when we promised to get you home. (Drivers are averaging around $1400 to $1700  a week

• For this job you will drive Top of the line 2022-2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadia’s trucks fully equipped with 1500-watt inverter, refrigerator, TV mount!s etc.

Refrigerators come Standard on our trucks. Every cabin comes complete with a spacious minifridge, microwave cabinet space and matching cabinetry.

Drivers average 2200 to 2500+ miles per week

PayScale: Pay is based on verifiable experience.   Please scroll down to view the pay scale for your hiring area. Different areas have different pay scales but it is all listed below.

• Detention Pay $12.50 per hour after 2nd hour
• Layover Pay/Breakdown Pay $100 per day

HOME TIME: Home every other weekend Guaranteed. Out for 12 days with a full 2 days off at home every other weekend.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 to 6 months of Class A Tractor Trailer Experience pulling trailers at least 40 feet in length in the last 3 years. Fairly clean MVR and Background along with job history.

A driver cannot have more than 4 jobs in the last 12 months.  Sorry if you are a job hopper we can’t help you we are looking for drivers with 4 to 6 jobs maximum in the last 3 years.

Will hire drivers under contract if they can verify their drive time.
