Class A CDL Teams (TEAM) HOME WEEKLY – ALABAMA TO TEXAS out and back – Benefits-Up to $1700 a week or more

Dedicated Mercedes Benz Team – Home Weekly    Dedicated Mercedes Benz Team Vance, AL to Laredo, TX

We are looking for formed Teams but can find you a team mate if you are solo and want to team up.

•Miles/Home Time:

• Averages up to 6000 miles per week based on route
• Home weekly
• Scheduled window times; rotating schedule (3 turns one week, 2 turns the next week)

Requirements:
• Valid Class A CDL
• 6 Months of Recent Tractor-Trailer Experience  

Freight:
• Running freight between Vance AL and Laredo, TX
• No touch freight

  • PAY & BONUSES:  $500 after first load incentive pay.
    • Top pay as high as $0.56 CPM per team for experienced drivers

    • Majority of freight is drop and hook – 99% No Touch Freight

    ***DRIVERS DO NOT GET TO CHOOSE THE LANES THEY RUN but can request a specific run if it’s available but normally you rotate routes***

    El Paso Route = 6,090 miles per week avg. (7,308 long week/4,872 short week) • 6090 miles x .56 = $3410 per team or $1705 per driver per week

     McAllen Route = 4,775 miles per week avg. (5,730 long week/3,820 short week)  4775 miles x .56 = $2674 per team or $1337 per driver per week.

    Additional Benefits:    Vacation: One week vacation after one year of employment, accrue 2 weeks vacation per year
    for 2 – 10 years, accrue 3 weeks vacation after 10 years.

    Maximum payout – $600/week gross. Symetra: Supplement medical coverage for drivers while waiting for Cigna coverage to begin.

    Symetra effective date of hire until TA plan becomes available (if elected), $49.35 weekly.
    US Legal Service: $32.95 per month (2nd Friday), effective day 1. Open Road: $34.50 per month (2nd Friday), effective day 1.

    Laredo Route = 4,595 miles per week avg. (5,514 long week/3,676 short week) •   4595 miles x .56 = $2573.20 per team or $1286 per driver per week
