Dedicated Team Truck Driver with Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus per Team – Home Weekly on weekends!

$20,000 Sign on bonus is $10,000 for EACH Team Member Paid out $2000 after just 45 days and another $2000 after 90 days so in the first 3 months you will EACH pocket $4000.  Another $2000 after 180 days and another monster $4000 at the end of the year.  WOW!!
Weekly weekend home time making up to $68,000 per year based on experience.  Based on experience you could make close to .50 CPM averaging close to 5500 miles a week and be home weekends. m (Weekly pay between $1100 to $1400 EACH driver based on your experience)
Haul multi-stop, no touch loads to the world’s largest home improvement specialty retailer and benefit from consistent miles primarily traveling in KS, MO, NE & CO. I
Park Location(s): Onsite Schedule or Shift Available: Weekly weekend home time.   WEEKENDS OFF!!!!  Leave Sunday around 8-10 PM and return Friday around 8-10 PM Weekly home time offered to drivers who live in Topeka, KS, Kansas City, KS &  Denver, CO surrounding area.
Any other location that a driver lives will give them a schedule of 11 days out 3 days home
Average 3 loads per week. Travel area: Primarily traveling in KS, MO, NE & CO. Front range. Average Miles Per Week: 5,500 miles
NOTE for solo drivers  starting pay is .03 less than what the quotes  below if you are coming on as a solo driver. Once youy get matched your pay bumps up to the rate below which is for team drivers (per operations). We will match team partners if you don’t have one.
100% reimbursement for Hazmat, you will need to turn in receipt to DBL for reimbursement.
Hazmat material are all household products. Ops team is located right onsite. Drivers have opportunity to see DBL’s, dispatchers, CSR’s and trainers. Ops is also staffed 24 hours onsite.

Truck Driver Pay & Benefits
Full-time CDL truck drivers are eligible for:
  • Up to $68,000 per year*
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers
  • Up to $7,000 tuition reimbursement available for qualified drivers

  • Up to $0.03 per mile quarterly performance bonus

Truck Driver Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with at least ONE month of actual Tractor Trailer experience  (Truck School does NOT count as Tractor Trailer experience)  )
  • Live in Iowa, Kansas, Southern Nebraska, or within 100 miles of Kansas City, MO, Springfield, MO, Joplin, MO or St. Louis, MO
  • Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire
