| Pay – Salary | Base – .36 cpm, 6 mos- .37 cpm, 1yr- .38 cpm, 2yr- .39 cpm, 3yr- .40 cpm, 4yr- .41 cpm, 5yr- .42 cpm |

| Weekly Mileage | 1600-2100 depending on driver participation |
| Stop Pay | $10, after first stop |
| Load – Unload | no touch freight- no unload pay |

| Short haul Pay | none |
| Non Driving Activities | Detention Pay $10 per hour after 2 hours ($5 every 15 mins) |
| Average Earnings per Week | Over $1000 a week. |
| Home Time & Special Requirements | |
| Home Time | Generally drivers are home daily- most runs are at night. Drivers should expect to do at least 2 overnight trips per week. |
| Specialized Equipment | Tri temp refrigerated trailers- Customer owned |
| Experience Requirements | 6 months minimum, 1yr exp for Casual Drivers. We will now take Recent Grads for this account. Recent Grads must meet the qualifications and must perform during training to be accepted on the account. |

| Lane Information | This is a slip seat operation, meaning no assigned tractors. Employees must drive their personal vehicles to/from work each day. All employees work weekends – a scheduled day off will be assigned |
| Positives Information on Lane | Liberal work schedule, with loads adjusted to work with drivers needing time off. |
| Unfavorable information on Lane | Terminal is located on Customer owned yard, trailers are tri temp reefers, and owned by Customer. Employees will be delivering directly from distribution center to retail stores. Must flex with the needs of the Customer which will include working holidays.. |
