  • PAY OPTIONS: (NOTE $200 per day minimum guarantee if you want that option, you are paid this regardless of breakdowns, layovers, detentions etc..you will be paid no matter what happens..pretty awesome but there are a lot of options you can choose based on home time.
  • 1. Percentage program-drivers can choose this with any home time options.
    All drivers start at the level regardless.
    2. Home weekends, 34-48 hours depending on where/when first load delivers too on monday.
    3. Just for any local runs they may have open-DO NOT OFFER THIS TO A DRIVER unless you know there is an open local run in his area.
    4. Home during the week, 34-48, some drivers dont like being home weekends, so that can choose this time off.
    5.. 15 out/3 off
    6. 18 out/ 4 off
    7.  21 out/5 off.
    8. $200 a day pay, 6 days on, 34 hours off.
    On this option, Drivers must work 6 consecutive days, then home for Reset…..
    Directed Dispatch…… They are paid 200 regardless, of dispatch,
    detention layover, breakdown. as long as they are out 6 consecutive
    days.  it is based on % pay, if they do not work 6 days, ie only 5
    because of personal time they get paid 28% of the loads for the week,
    giving up there 200 per day….. for that pay week.    We are still offering all other pay programs as well
