💰 Pay & Bonus

• Average $2,200+ per driver per week

• Top drivers earn $115,000+ annually

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus ($5,000 per driver)

Bonus Schedule

• $1,000 after first load

• $1,000 after 30 days

• $1,000 each month for the next 3 months

🚚 What You’ll Do

• Dedicated terminal-to-terminal freight

• Drop & Hook

• Preplanned weekly lanes

• Runs throughout the Lower 48 (very little New York)

• Out one week, then home for a 34-hour reset

• Late-model Freightliner equipment

💵 Experience Pay

Up to .90 CPM based on experience  (Team split pay)

• No sitting around – always plenty of freight!

•  Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3–6 months tractor-trailer experience (over 40 ft.) in the past 3 years, we can look at older time if no recent Class A time.

• Must live within 100 miles of your teammate

• Fairly clean MVR and background

• No SAP drivers – please do not apply if you’ve been through the SAP program

• Max 6 to 7 jobs in past 3 years
