WE ARE HIRING RECENT GRADS WITH A CLASS A LICENSE!

If you don’t have a Class A License we can help you get one.  CLICK “HERE” FOR TRUCK SCHOOL INFORMATION

THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO FINALLY GET A JOB IN THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY

Applicants who received their CDL within the last 12 months and do not yet have 3 months of driving experience.

WILL NOT ACCEPT DRIVERS THAT DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST 120-hour or greater Truck School.

If you don’t have 120 hour or greater school, you will not qualify.  You are eligible to attend our truck school Academy in order to qualify however at no up front cost to you:   CLICK “HERE” FOR TRUCK SCHOOL INFORMATION

DRIVERS MUST HAVE TRUCK SCHOOL CERTIFICATE.  If you don’t have a Truck School Certificate you will not qualify.  Contact your Truck School and have them send you this Certificate as soon as possible.

In most cases the only option for Recent Grads is Over the Road (OTR).   It costs the company a lot of money to go through the hiring process, check backgrounds, MVR’s etc and send you out with a mentor.

Most companies aren’t hiring recent graduates right now as there are too many experienced drivers chasing too few jobs.   This is a rare opportunity to get a job as a Recent Grad before it’s filled up and we don’t take any more drivers.

The only realistic option for a Recent Grad is out on the road every for 2 to 3 weeks at a time we try to keep it at two weeks maximum.

Remember you must get this experience to qualify for the local or home weekly jobs so take the opportunity we are offering you to start your career.

From time to time, we do encounter some areas of the country where we can hire Recent Grads for a dedicated job but that is very rare however if that option is open, we will let you know when we contact you, but for planning purposes plan on the Over the Road Jobs.

Most drivers for this job will stay mainly east of I-35 in Texas area and will not drive out into the Western States.

If you are stuck on only a local or home weekly job as a recent grad it’s most likely you will continue to be unemployed for a long time.

Most Local or regional jobs require a minimum of 3 to 6 months of Tractor Trailer Experience and that does not include Truck School time or your time with a trainer. The only Tractor Trailer time that counts is solo or team time with no trainer in the truck.

This job includes full benefits and is a W2 position.  Health Care, Dental, Vision, 401K matching, Paid Vacation etc.

RECENT GRADS WITH LESS THAN 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE.  If you completed school and training with another company but do not have a full 3 months of solo driving but you did not have any moving violations or preventable accidents during the time they have held a CDL, you can participate in a modified training program with a mentor which will cut your training time way back to help you get to work faster.

How the Process Will Work

Recent Graduate Program Overview

Once approved, each student will attend a minimum 7-day onboarding class. During onboarding, they will:

  • Be introduced and meet key department representatives

  • Complete a skills evaluation to ensure they meet driving expectations

  • Receive additional training if needed

  • Each receive a $100 stipend for food.

We will make every effort to pair students with a mentor directly after onboarding.

Mentor Training

  • Minimum of 10 days  (Most other companies are 4 to 6 weeks for mentor training which means you lose a lot of money whiel you are with the trainer they get paid a portion of your pay)

  • you will be Paid $75 per day.  (That is $750 for those 10 days of training very good deal)

After the mentor signs off, the student will be sent to an onboarding location for:

  • Backing evaluation

  • Pre-trip inspection

  • Road test
