We are hiring formed teams or can try match a solo driver with a great teammate.
TEAM ACCT: Dedicated for on of the largest Retail department stores in the country.
Avg per driver: $1,900/week • Must live within 100 miles of Denton, TX (DFW within 50 miles strongly preferred)
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for each driver. Potential annual earnings up to $98,000 per driver.
JOB DETAILS
• Freight: Refrigerated, 100% no-touch
• Unloading: Live unload at stores
• Service Area: Texas, Arkansas, and Memphis, TN
• Stops: 1–5 per day; $15 per stop after the first
• Team Productivity: ~4,500 miles & 6 loads/week
• Average Gross: ~$1,900/week per driver (up to ~$98,000/year)
• Schedule: Early-morning deliveries with night pickups; includes nights/weekends/holidays that fall within your workweek
• Not a home-daily or every-weekend position
HOME-TIME OPTIONS (Home weekly or stay out longer and make more money)
• 6 days on / 1 day off
• 12 days on / 2 days off
• 25 days on / 3 days off
EQUIPMENT & SUPPORT
• Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
• 24/7 on-site staff & safety support

REQUIREMENTS
• CDL-A team drivers, 3 to 6 months Class A tractor trailer experience must have been hauling trailers longer than 40 feet.
• Live within 100 miles of Denton, TX (DFW within 50 miles strongly preferred)
• Willing to work nights/weekends/holidays as scheduled
• Strong customer service with store personnel
• Able to manage physically demanding schedules and follow safety protocols
• Note: Pallets may shift/collapse in transit—securement and care required
Fairly clean MVR and Background and job history. We do not accept Recent Grads or SAP Drivers.

PAY STRUCTURE (per driver)
• Base CPM:
– 0–11 months: $0.37
– 12–23 months: $0.38
– 24–35 months: $0.39
– 36+ months: $0.40
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop after the first
SIGN-ON BONUS
• $1,000 total: $500 after first load + $500 after 30 days
• Must be active and seated at time of payout
