Job Details
• Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
• Delivery Region: Dedicated deliveries to Virginia (VA) and West Virginia (WV).
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,450
• Annual Earning Potential: $75,000+
• Loads & Miles: Average of 4 loads per week 2000 miles
• Length of Haul: Average 490 miles per load.
• Equipment: Assigned sleeper trucks.
• Breaks at Home: Drivers living within 30 miles of the DC (Roanoke) normally take their 10-hour break at home daily. Drivers outside the 30-mile radius will have a 34-hour reset weekly.

Key Requirements
• Required to unload freight using a powered pallet jack very easy to do (training provided).
• Runs include nights, weekends, and holidays within your scheduled workweek.
• Holiday weeks, including the week prior, are mandatory.
• Operates 7 days a week, primarily overnight.

Pay Structure
Experience-Based Pay
• 0–12 months: $0.53 CPM
• 12–36 months: $0.55 CPM
• 37–60 months: $0.56 CPM
• 61+ months: $0.58 CPM

• Unload Pay: $55 per full unload
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop (including first)
• Sign-On Bonus (SOB): $2500 total

120 days $ 250
150 days $ 250
180 days $ 500

Full benefits of health, dental, vision, paid vacation etc..all start after just 30 days.
