Guaranteed Minimum Salary:

Weekly Avg Gross: $2,280/driver but will guarantee a Weekly minimum salary of $1,600/driver. So regardless of weather, traffic, shipper delays, equipment issues you will always get paid every week no matter what.

Pickups are typically Monday-Friday with variable start times based on team locations. Routes may change based on coverage needs.
Home Time

Minimum of 2 weeks on the road followed by 2-3 days at home (varies depending on location). Texas-based drivers may need to be out for 3 weeks at a time.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months recent tractor-trailer experience and 3 months verifiable team experience in the last 3 years.

Hazmat endorsement required within 120 days of hire (cost reimbursed). (If you don’t have hazmat you must be willing to get hazmat for this job)

Fairly clean MVR, Job history and Background. Sorry no SAP drivers and no recent grads

Drivers must be comfortable with both day and night driving.

Entry Points and Pay Structure but remember you are always guaranteed no less then $1600 a week for each driver and most drivers are averaging over $2300 a week for each driver so the CPM below are just a guideline but pay as you can see if very good.
