You don’t need a parking spot for the truck as all tractors will leave and return to the yard at McCook daily.
All drivers must have their own transportation to commute to and from the yard daily.
Drivers work 5 days a week by schedule but can work an optional 6th day for extra pay.
Tractors in this fleet are daycabs. Must be legally licensed to operate and must have minimum of 3 months driving experience.
A typical work shift will have multiple dispatches with a mix of live load and drop and hook freight. Expect to work a 10-12 hours per day with the average dispatch being a 50 mile radius from the rail ramp.
Dispatches could be up to 300 miles round trip. Occasional customer or mechanical delays may require overnight stays.
Currently recruiting for a 1st shift schedule (day shift) with scheduled days off being Tues/Wed or Wed/Thurs. Days shift could have a start times anywhere from 7am to 11am.
PAY: Up to $1500 a week ($78,000 annually) based on experience. Drivers will average around 1100 miles a week but the nature of this fleet may require drivers have overnight stays as part of the weekly dispatch but this would be very, very rare.

521+ 32 cpm
REQUIREMENTS: Class A CDL with 3 to 6 months of Tractor Trailer Experience in the last 3 years Driving Class A Equipment 40 foot or longer.
