This is the first time we’ve had an opening for this job in your area in a long time, so move fast to apply before it’s gone. (Most Fed Ex jobs are 1099 jobs with no benefits).
Most of our drivers average close to $1900 a week each, but you are Guaranteed Minimum weekly amount of $1550 for each driver, but you can obviously make much more than that. However to sweeten the pot there is a $24,000 Sign on bonus ($12,000 per Driver) paid out FAST, paid out monthly $1000 per month extra for 12 months! WOW!!! $
(If you do the math at the lowest rate .68 CPM for 5500 miles that is $1870 per driver. At .75 x 5500 miles that is over $2000 a week per driver, so don’t worry about the $1550 minimum that is just gravy. (Don’t forget about the $12,000 extra SOB per driver ($24,000 total)
Service Incentive-$500 (split) each month if they have 100% on time service and are available 24 days
$100 per driver per month if they live over 150 miles from your assigned DC and they commute back and forth in there personal vehicle.
This is a W-2 Position with full Benefits: (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K matching and paid vacation).
Great pay! Based on experience you can start at .68cpm/split or up to .75cpm/split (See Chart below) 6 -24 Months: 68 CPM Split.
2 – 4 Years: 70 CPM Split
4 – 6 Years: 72 CPM Split
6 Years +: 75 CPM Split
• Average 5,500 miles per week
$12,000 SOB SPLIT ($6K each driver) PAYOUT: 30 days $1000 each driver, 60 days $1000 each driver, 90 days $1000 each driver, 120 days $1000 each driver, 150 days $1000 each driver, 180 days $1000 each driver
• Home every week for a minimum 34 hour reset but you can stay out longer. We do not guarantee weekends off with this job, your home may or may not fall on the weekend!
• Must live within 100 mile radius of their team partner
Each driver must have Doubles Endorsement prior to orientation – Drivers can obtain endorsement at DMV( 10-12 question test.
(So if you don’t have doubles right now, sprint down to DMV and take the test and get it added to your License ASAP, you don’t need it on your License to apply so go ahead and apply now)

REQUIREMENTS: Class A CDL with at least 6 months Tractor Trailer Class A Experience in the last 3 years. Experience must be tractor trailer experience with trailers over 40 feet in length and a minimum of 3 states or more regional or OTR.
DRIVERS MUST LIVE in Southern CA or Southern NV
Fairly clean MVR and Background.
