Multiple customers with different lanes.
Here’s an example of how the shifts could work each day. Driver goes on duty lets say you live in Mansfield, OH. You deadhead to Columbus- picks up load and runs to delivery in Allentown PA. Takes 10 hour break. (this is one shift)
Goes on Duty in PA- deadheads to load in Breinigsville PA- picks up load and runs to Canton OH to delivery. Takes 10 hour break. (this is another shift) (So you just made $550 with just those 2 shifts. The deadhead doesn’t hurt you, if you drive 300 miles or 500 miles that shift it doesn’t matter you get paid for the entire shift a sweet flat rate of $285 every single day, regardless of where you drive to, any down time etc. This is a GREAT DEAL that is for sure. (If you live in PA, NJ or MD you would pick your load at Breinigsville PA and head for Ohio etc) Basically most of your driving is between OH and PA area.
Orientation is held every Monday and Wednesday at Columbus, OH or Manchester, PA (near York) Travel, Lodging, (private room) breakfast and lunch included.
Qualifications: You must have at least 1 year OTR in the last 3 yrs, 3 months of that must be in the last 6 mos or 6 mos of that can be in the last 12 mos. Maximum of 6 jobs in the last 3 years. Fairly clean MVR and Background.
HIRING AREA: Live in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Maryland and in Ohio drivers must live east of I-75. If you Live in PA, NJ and MD you must live east of I-81 to qualify. (We do have other jobs outside of these hiring areas so do go ahead and apply below but this hiring area is for the special flat rate shift pay program.

OTR is considered -Multiple Major city driving, winter and night driving, logs required (tractor trailer)
6 month average employment in the past 3 years. This would equate to no more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years with zero gaps for the locals, see below for the gaps allowed for OTR drivers.
Will not process people with 7 and 8 jobs and gaps in employment.
Not fired from last job for safety reasons
Not fired from any job in the 4 yrs for late deliveries, cargo loss, abandoment, Unauthorized use of company funds, Disconnected Tracking Device, or Excessive complaints
No gaps in employment more than 150 days in the past 18 months
No more than 2 parking lot accidents in the past 18 months
No Felony in the past 7 years
No Violent misdemeanors or Felonies
No drug test refusals or failures
No terminations in the past 12 months
No multiple DUI’s. None in 7 yrs
No more than 3 last 4 years
No more than 2 last 12 months
