You can earn up to $0.57 per mile based on experience with a weekly performance pay up to $0.04 per mile (up to $76,000 per year including accessorial pay) with weekly time at home.
This is a Tanker job! We are looking for drivers with tanker experience, but we will provide paid tanker training for drivers that don’t have tanker experience. Tanker drivers are some of the best paid drivers in the trucking industry so if you don’t know have experience driving tankers here is your chance to earn great money doing so.
This is a dedicated job for just one customer: Monsanto, so no waiting around at truck stops waiting for a load. You will know where you are going every week and when you are going to be home.
Drivers haul herbicides mostly non hazardous.
Tanker Truck Driver Pay

- Up to $0.57 per mile*
- Performance pay up to $0.04 per mile more, paid out weekly
- Up to $76,000 per year* with average 25% of pay from accessorials
- $12,000 sign on bonus if less than 3 years TT experience. $25,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers with over 3 years TT experienced drivers* (See below for how the bonus is paid out)
- $6,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers (1 to 3 months of TT experience)
- Loading and unloading pay
- 100% hazmat endorsement reimbursed upon receipt
*Any driver who comes in with 3 years’ experience will be eligible for a $25,000 sign on bonus. This will be paid out over the course of two years, the pay out schedule is below. Sign on Bonus Payout as follows: 45 days: $2500, after 90 days another $2500, after 6 months $3750, after one year, $3750, after 18 months $5000 and if you go a full 2 years at the end of the 2 years you will get $7500. This means you will get to put $8750 in your pocket in the first 6 months and than it just gets better and better.
*If you have less than 3 years TT experience you will still get a fantastic $12,000 sign on bonus. It will be paid out at $2400 after just 45 days and other $2400 after 90 days so in the first 3 months you will be almost $5000 in your pocket. You get another $2400 after 6 months and a monster $4800 after one year.
Pay: If over over 5 years starting pay is .56 to .57 cents per mile + .04 Pay rate paid weekly for Performance Pay rate of up to .61 CPM. Lowest pay would be if you only have 3 to 5 months of experience starting pay is still a monster .49 CPM + .04 Pay rate paid weekly for Performance Pay rate of up to .53 CPM, you can’t beat that anywhere else.
Drivers with over 5 years of TT experience are averaging almost $1600 a week with this job + the monster sign on bonus + Benefits + home weekly. You won’t find this kind of money for a home weekly job anywhere else so make sure you apply quickly below before the job is filled up.
Here is where you can really make some great extra money with the Accessorial pay. Bulk Load pay is $25, Bulk Unload $35.00, + extra pay for shorthauls and Detention pay can run as high as $300.
WEEKLY HOME TIME: You will get every week, not necessarily on weekends.

Tanker Truck Driver Qualifications: Fairly clean Background and MVR + the items below.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Live within 75 miles of Muscatine, IA, (Davenport, Iowa City area) or 75 miles of Chicago, IL, Granite City, IL (ST Louis area) or Indianapolis, IN
- Tanker endorsements required at time of hire as a CDL driver (You must have Tanker Endorsement to Apply)
- Hazmat endorsements preferred.
