Sign on Bonus: $5,000 for owner operators (paid out $200 a month) OR we pay for their baseplate. We charge 2200.00 per year for license. Insurance costs depend on the truck.

Owner Operator Pay Scale:
Pay is based on each individual load.
Fuel Surcharge = $.01 CPM for every $.06 the national average goes up from a $2.00 base.
0 – 200 miles $1.15 CPM Plus FSC.
201 – 500 miles $1.08 CPM Plus FSC.
501 and over $1.05 CPM Plus FSC.
Empty and loaded mileage combine. Load by load basis.
Minimum pay per truck load is $200.00

Company Pay Scale:
$800.00 Guaranteed pay, paid to the driver at:
0 – 250 miles – $0.42 CPM ($0.29 CPM plus $0.13 CPM per diem)
251 – 500 miles – $0.40 CPM ($0.27 CPM plus $0.13 CPM per diem)
501 – 1000 miles – $0.38 CPM ($0.25 CPM plus $0.13 CPM per diem)
To get guarantee the driver must:
1.) Must not turn down any load within the agreed upon travel area.
2.) Home weekends, between 36 – 48 hours on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday.
3.) Must deliver a load Monday morning.
4.) States that will be traveled in are Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan.

Extra’s
Breakdown – $25.00 a day plus hotel if truck is unavailable
Detention – 1/3 of what Wenger receives from pay customer. 1st three hours are unpaid.
Layover – $50.00 a day.
Holiday – $100.00 a day(after 90 days)– Guaranteed home for Christmas, paid Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

Requirements: 1 yr OTR,(5 states or better) in the last 3 yrs Fairly clean MVR and Background. Note 3 yrs on a DUI.
All accidents within the last three (3) years require an accident report with application.
• Independent contractor units must pass DOT inspection prior to lease signing.
• Driver’s DOT long form physical must be current for at least six (6) months from date of hire
Will review felons over 5 yrs old. No sex crimes, murder, anything that involves a minor.
