We are hiring formed teams for a Dedicated TJ MAXX team freight running coast to coast. This is team freight that can be run by both Owner Operators, Lease Purchase Drivers and Company Driver Teams.
We have as much freight as you want to haul for just this one customer so no sitting around waiting for the shipper or waiting to unload you will drive like the wind with this job.
Teams will be out for at least two weeks at a time and should expect an average of 5,000 miles per week.
Company Team Pay = $.60 cpm for all miles truck runs. Company Drivers on this account are averaging $1625 to $1950 per week per driver with full benefits.
Full benefits W-2 position for Company Drivers. Home time is home every other week. (two weeks out max)
Drop and hook on both ends, No multi-stop runs so team mate can sleep like a baby without dozens of stops.
Coast to coast from the Carolinas to California but main delivery areas are on the map below. Mainly driving below I-40 but some runs up to NJ and Indiana.
Lease Purchase or Owner Operators: Owner Operator/Lease Pay = $1.55 plus fuel surcharge All drop and hook. Go to DC’s and stores. (+ FSC currently around .65 CPM so looking at around $2.20 CPM right now) 5000 to 5500 miles per week.
TJ MAXX TEAM LEASE PURCHASE
Teams will be out for at least two weeks at a time and should expect a minimum of 5,000 miles per week.
Here is the TEAM TJ MAXX LEASE PURCHASE: It is a pretty decent lease…Lease Purchase Drivers and owner operators can easily gross over $10,000 a week and over $300,000 per year.
TJ MAXX LEASE PURCHASE: 579 Peterbilt (TEAM)

Up to 34 month lease.
- $599 per week plus expenses for solo operators.
- $999 per week plus all expenses for teams. Lease term reduced on team lease. Determined at time of lease.
- Physical damage insurance determined at time of lease based on value at that time.
- Optional buyout at the conclusion of the lease is normally 90% of the fair market value on the scheduled termination date, as determined by lessor.
- 5 year/600k mile warranty
- All trucks are 12 speed automatics.
- PACCAR MX13 – 455HP Engine
- 1.8 cubic foot fridge
- Satellite ready stereo
- 1800 watt power inverter
- Mounting bracket for flat panel TV in bunk.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED WITHOUT FIRST APPLYING REQUIRED PET DEPOSIT
- $1,000 general contract escrow is required for all trucks leased to PCC. This may be paid up front or can be set up as a $75 per week deduction.
- Plates $50.00 per week until paid for each year.
- Federal heavy vehicle tax (IRS form 2290) is $20.00 per week until paid each year.
- Bobtail insurance $50.00 per month paid in the amount of approximately $11.54 per week.
- Occupational insurance $137.08 per operator per month paid in the amount of approximately $31.64 per operator per week.
- Prepass $15.60 per month. This is paid in full once per month.
- Fuel is purchased with a Comdata card and deducted weekly.
Maintenance escrow account is funded by you at a minimum $0.06 per mile
(Note the Fuel Surcharge is close to 65 CPM right now but it does go up and down so we just left it at ..60 below but you will get more money from the FSC then is on the chart below which means more money in your pocket)

We can hire teams out of most of our current hiring area (see map below) but be aware the primary states for origins and destinations are from Georgia, New Jersey, California, and North Carolina.
REQUIREMENTS: Class A CDL and at least 3 to 6 months of verifiable OTR driving in the past 12 months or one year (12 months) of a combination of OTR/Regional/Local in the past three (3) years.
Experience must have been in a Class A tractor, towing a 40′ trailer(s) or longer. Must have a Class A CDL.
Fairly clean MVR and Background
NOTE: We can accept a team with one driver that can’t speak English as long as the other driver is fluent in English no problem. (For example if one driver can only speak Spanish but the other driver can speak English just fine, please go ahead and apply we can make that work.
